Gymnastics Lessons - Dosarth Lili Wen FachAs part of the P.E. Curriculum, Dosbarth Lili Wen Fach will be attending gymnastics lessons at Olympus Gymnastics in Llay for 6 weeks, commencing Monday, 12th January 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for the children to receive high quality coaching by gymnastics professionals. The children will be transported to and from the Olympus Gymnasium in Llay by bus and will need to come to school wearing their school P.E. kit, (black tracksuit trousers over black shorts and plain white t shirt) - the children will remove their tracksuit trousers for the lesson and will need to wear socks. Children with long hair will need to tie their hair back and earrings and jewellery should be removed. Gymnastics sessions will be held on Monday, 12th, 19th, 26th January, and 2nd, 9th and 23rd February. We will leave school promptly at 1.00 pm and return from Olympus in Llay at 2.10 pm. In order to offer the children this fantastic opportunity we kindly ask for a payment of £30.00 (£5.00 per week) to be paid on ParentPay to help pay for the coaching sessions and help meet the transport costs. Full payment is required by Monday 2nd February. Please note that ParentPay is now set up for payments should you wish to pay in instalments or in one full payment.

Swimming Dosbarth GwyddfidAs part of the P.E. Curriculum, Dosbarth Gwyddfid will be swimming for 6 weeks beginning Thursday 8th January 2026. The children will be transported to and from Gwyn Evans Leisure Centre in Gwersyllt by bus. Sessions will be held Thursday, 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th January and 5th & 12th February. We will leave school at 10.00am and will return by 11.30 am. The swimming lessons and use of the pool are free of charge, but the cost of transport for these sessions is £21.00 (£3.50 per week) to help meet the transport costs.
