Gymnastics Lessons - Dosbarth BrialluAs part of the P.E. Curriculum, Dosbarth Briallu will be attending gymnastics lessons at Olympus Gymnastics in Llay for 5 weeks, commencing Monday, 7th April, followed by the 12th, 19th of May and then the 2nd and 9th June. The children will be transported to and from the Olympus Gymnasium in Llay by bus.

Year 6 - Cardiff Residential Trip 4th - 6th June 202504/06/25 - 06/06/25We are really excited to inform you that our Year 6 pupils have the opportunity to take part in a 3 day (2 nights) stay at the Urdd Millennium Centre, Cardiff from Wednesday 4th June – Friday 6th June 2025.
Chester Zoo Trip - Years 3 & 4This term our topic is All the World is a Stage. The children will be creating a play based on animal stories from around the World. To further develop the children’s scientific and geographical skills, we would like to take the children on a day visit to Chester Zoo. We have arranged for the visit to take place on Wednesday 4th June. Children will be allowed to bring a maximum of £10 to visit the Chester Zoo Shop.Children are required to wear their school uniform and will need a backpack.

Swimming for Dosbarth Llygad Y DyddThe children will be transported to and from Gwyn Evans, Wrexham by bus and will need to come to school wearing their school P.E. kit over their swimming costumes. Children with long hair will need to have their hair tied back or they should wear a swimming hat, and earrings and jewellery should be removed. The children will be allowed to wear swimming goggles should they choose to.

Criw Cymraeg Members Meeting after schoolCriw Cymraeg Members The meetings will be held in Dosbarth Tiwlip and children are to be collected by the main gate at 4pm. Please let your class teacher know if your child is to go to after school club and they will pass the message on.

Xplore Workshop for EE, Nursery & ReceptionAs part of our topic “Curious Explorers” Xplore will be visiting us at school after half term on 16/6/25. The workshop will focus on “Space”, and the children will get the opportunity to take part in various space themed activities with real scientists. In order to run the workshop we are asking for a contribution on £5.50 per child which can be paid via Parent Pay, please ensure that payment is made by Friday 23rd May.

Gymnastics Lessons - Dosbarth Cennin PedrAs part of the P.E. Curriculum, Cennin Pedr will be attending gymnastics lessons at Olympus Gymnastics in Llay for 4 weeks, commencing 23rd June 2025. The children will be transported to and from the Olympus Gymnasium in Llay by bus. Sessions will be held on Monday 23rd and 30th June, followed by the 7th and 14th of July. We will leave school promptly at 1.00 pm and return from Olympus in Llay at 2.10 pm. In order to offer the children this fantastic opportunity we kindly ask for a contribution of £20.00 (£5.00 per week) via Parent Pay.
