Summer Term 2018
Welcome back after your Easter break. We were all very excited to kick off our new term visiting Danger Point.
The children are leading the way in what they want to learn about in their Topic and Science sessions. The 3 big questions they want to find more about are:
- How does an animal survive in its natural habitat?
- Is the rainforest important to our world?
- How can we look after the ‘little things’ in life?
This term we will be focusing on Money – linking in with our Danger Point trip and planning a school trip. We will be gathering data and looking at temperatures and rainfall of various rainforests.
The children will be learning how to create a documentary based on their chosen endangered animal.
